🧠 Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-performing Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth, timely delivery across multiple departments — content, creative, product, YouTube, and tech.

This is a critical leadership role inside a fast-paced, remote agency. You’ll work closely with the CEO, creative leads, content editors, VAs, and client liaisons to build project timelines, manage team accountability, and ensure execution stays on point.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage project timelines for blog launches, product drops, YouTube content, and client services

  • Track and update tasks in Monday.com or Google Sheets

  • Hold team members accountable to SOPs, timelines, and milestones

  • Communicate daily across teams (Telegram, Docs, Email)

  • Coordinate between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and execs

  • Track performance and report progress to the CEO weekly

  • Problem-solve and escalate roadblocks before they become delays

  • Help document workflows and improve internal efficiency


✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager or digital ops lead

  • Familiarity with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media

  • Strong command of English communication (written + spoken)

  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp (we use Monday.com)

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead global remote teams

  • Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure

  • Comfortable working across departments and reporting to top-level leadership


💻 Required Tools & Setup

  • Laptop or desktop computer (8GB RAM minimum, modern OS)

  • Stable internet (20 Mbps+ required)

  • Smartphone with Telegram for team communication

  • Google Drive + Monday.com ready

  • Familiarity with cloud documents, visual SOPs, and daily task check-ins
