🧩 About the Role
We’re hiring a hybrid Executive & Personal Assistant based in Addis Ababa to work closely with the CEO of Urban Era Marketing. This role blends administrative, marketing, and in-person support duties to help manage operations and day-to-day life in Ethiopia.
You will assist with scheduling, email outreach, SOP organization, and onboarding — while also supporting the CEO locally with errands, logistics, shopping, and city navigation.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s calendar, reminders, and to-do lists

Assist with local errands, shopping, and city navigation

Coordinate transportation (rides, taxis, appointments)

Help communicate with local vendors or services (Amharic-English)

Format SOPs and documents in Google Drive

Join meetings and assist with communication follow-up

Support hiring, resume organization, and onboarding

Learn and implement email marketing (training provided)

Maintain basic reports and updates for CEO

Support personal and business logistics as needed

Fluent in Amharic (reading/speaking)

Familiar with Addis Ababa and local transportation/services
