🧩 About the Role

We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing Urban Era’s fast-growing digital operations.

As our Executive Virtual Assistant, you’ll be in direct communication with the CEO, helping manage team schedules, streamline hiring, organize SOPs, and maintain operational flow across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in building the systems that allow the agency to scale globally.


🛠 Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, task lists, and communication updates

  • Organize job applications, resumes, and interview scheduling

  • Assist with onboarding new hires (sending SOPs, organizing access, follow-ups)

  • Create and maintain SOP folders, content documents, and hiring trackers

  • Use tools like Monday.com, Google Drive, Telegram, and Google Docs daily

  • Format documents, prepare reports, and organize company files

  • Join occasional meetings or calls with the CEO and core team

  • Monitor team productivity and provide weekly summaries


💻 Required Equipment & Technical Setup

To perform this role effectively, you must already own and use:

Laptop or Desktop Computer

  • Minimum: 8GB RAM, i5 processor (or M1 Mac equivalent)

  • Must be stable, updated, and virus-free

Mobile Phone

  • Must be Telegram-compatible (Android or iPhone)

  • Used for updates, check-ins, and alerts

Internet Connection

  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speed

  • Must be stable and reliable — tested weekly

  • No frequent disconnections or signal loss

Power Backup (Strongly Preferred)

  • For power interruptions or weather-related outages


📎 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Virtual or Executive Assistant

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)

  • Comfortable working with Google Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive

  • Familiar with Telegram, Monday.com/Clickup, and basic project tracking

  • Organized, consistent, trustworthy, and solution-focused

  • Comfortable reporting directly to CEO and following up with multiple team members


⚡ Bonus Skills 

  • WordPress familiarity (for blog uploads or edits)

  • Canva or basic graphic editing

  • Familiar with YouTube Studio or eCommerce workflows

  • Past experience with PR, press releases, or client delivery
